Healthy drinking chocolate? Yes please! My favourite find of the day at the Crio Bru stand.

It was a gorgeous sunny day in the Perth hills that welcomed guests on Saturday at the opening of the Mundaring Truffle Festival. I must admit after several good intentions of visiting this year was my first! The show included cooking lessons from superstar chefs, stalls selling truffles and truffle products, honey and cheeses, fudge, coffee, cocoa and a whole lot more. Needless to say the crowd was happy! My favourite part was the dog show and showing us their truffle finding skills. Did you know they check 39,000 trees over a 2 day period?! Clever puppies.
