It’s the last day of Spring today, and that means  long lazy Summer days ahead to look forward to, usually spent by the pool.  One thing I love about Perth is the guarantee of perfect days one after another and the many plans and soirees which span the golden hours of each afternoon into night. In the spirit of places warm and sunny, I can’t get enough of these California hills homes, designed in the International style of the 30′s – 60′s. They take me back to the days of classic Hollywood glamour where streamlined design and retro simplicity ruled. I can imagine twilight gatherings around these light filled yards overlooking the city lights, in fact a cool idea for a party theme perhaps?!
